Document Control Manager
A Permanent role in West Dublin, supporting a global organization.
Duties:
* Track and report project costs to align with client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and present summaries to senior management.
* Optimize project delivery for efficiency by monitoring construction cost factors.
* Analyze and report on key project performance data monthly.
* Assess supply chain capacity and capabilities and develop a structured onboarding program.
* Oversee and report on project safety, quality, and schedule performance.
* Ensure sustainability targets are met and reported.
* Track and report critical project milestones to prevent delays.
* Lead client and internal meetings on project performance.
* Conduct weekly meetings with project managers across safety, planning, commercial, and quality departments.
Requirements:
* 7 years of experience in a similar role within Construction / Commercial or Project control environment.
* Background in cost analysis and/or document control required.
* Previous client-side management or project reporting experience advantageous.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word & MS Excel essential.
