A very exciting job opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our team at CANINEPHYSIOCARE LIMITED T/A The Canine Country Club, In Killeenmore, Sallins, Co. Kildare.
We are an extremely busy hydrotherapy and rehabilitation centre with the largest pool in the country looking to recruit two full-time canine hydro therapists (level 3 small animal hydrotherapy and level 4 underwater treadmill).
* Full-time hours early/late seven-day roster
* Minimum salary 34K and 39-hour working week.
We provide a professional service with evidence-based treatment. The correct candidates must be suitable to work in both the pool and underwater treadmill. Experience is ideal but not essential.
Working as part of a team is critical. Client and patient care is crucial, and excellent written and verbal communication is key to portray effective communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
A welcoming team dedicated to exceptional high standards with drive and passion for our industry. Must be competent working alone with a wide range of breeds, temperaments, injuries, and conditions.
The role entails:
* Providing the most suitable treatment to small animals with confidence in the pool and underwater treadmill.
* Bathing and drying patients post-session.
* Assessing new clients.
* Writing and sending progress reports.
* Liaising with vets.
* Completing session documentation.
* Taking payments, bookings, and handling client communications.
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
* Pool cleaning.
