Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to support the Client Relationship Manager and wider team in the ongoing coordination of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Placing staff with clients across the healthcare temporary staffing division and fulfilling vacancies, ensuring all records are up to date on the booking system.
* Adequately filling all open shifts in a timely manner and coordinating with staff and clients effectively.
* Maintaining regular contact with clients to supply feedback on their requirements and check if any further needs arise.
* Assisting with employee queries to ensure they are resolved promptly.
* Ensuring all staff are fully compliant with company standards prior to placement with a client.
* Verifying that all staff adhere to timesheet policy and procedural guidelines for payroll efficiency.
* Dealing with payroll enquiries directly from staff, liaising with payroll, and delivering query outcomes to staff as required.
* Liaising closely with the Compliance and Training Departments to ensure ongoing mandatory training requirements are fulfilled and compliance documentation are up to date.
* Working collaboratively with the Business Development Manager to provide feedback and assist with staff and client planning.
* Ensuring all internal systems are utilized to full capacity and that all contact with clients and temps are logged accurately.
Role Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
* The ability to listen, guide, and coordinate staff efficiently.
* Strong planning and organisation skills.
* Ability to prioritise effectively and work towards targets.
* Highly motivated and take pride in work as key to success in this role.
* Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office package.
* Commercial awareness.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
