About the Role
As an Account Manager at Holland Group, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with existing clients, ensuring their success, and identifying growth opportunities. This role offers the perfect balance between managing client accounts and driving business success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the point of contact for clients, developing long-term relationships that add value to both the client and Holland Group.
2. Identify and capitalise on opportunities within existing accounts to expand services, increase revenue, and enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to meet targets and drive business growth.
3. Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's products and services, ensuring alignment with clients’ objectives. Create tailored solutions based on in-depth understanding of client needs and market trends.
4. Actively identify and target new industry sectors and potential clients, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new campaigns and grow the customer base in key sectors such as pharmaceutical, blue-chip, and technology.
5. Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements and ensure profitability across all client contracts.
6. Act as a key problem solver by managing escalations, urgent requests, and resolving client issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive service solutions, ensuring smooth project management and delivery, while ensuring alignment with client needs.
8. Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends, feeding back insights to inform business strategy and product/service development.
Qualifications
1. Level 8 Qualification in Business, Safety or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven sales record, preferably in the Health & Safety sector.

1. Hands-on experience in managing projects or accounts, with a demonstrated ability to deliver value and nurture long-term client partnerships.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently and professionally with both clients and stakeholders.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client challenges, manage escalations, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
4. Good interpersonal skills for building strong relationships, coupled with the ability to close contracts and cultivate mutually beneficial agreements that drive business success.
5. The ability to assess client needs, analyse data insights, and develop innovative, tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
6. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
7. Proven capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work with minimal supervision.
