As a Warehouse Stock Controller NDC, you will be responsible for supporting the value added NDC operation including responsibility for supervising part of the operation on a daily basis. You will be part of a dedicated team of warehouse operatives within the Dublin NDC ambient site.
Our operation in Clonshaugh are looking for candidates who can commit to a any 4 out of 7 shift pattern working 40 hours per week on the day shift.

What will you do & what will you need?
* Liaise with suppliers confirming daily orders and queries
* Check inbound stock deliveries from suppliers
* Create pre-advice, stock reports and complete traceability tests when requested
* Complete weekly and monthly stock checks
* Oversee picking, decanting and allocate jobs to staff
* Regular stock rotation to ensure correct dated stock is picked
* Provide a thorough handover to end of shift
* Delivering the involve agenda through effective leadership
* SHEQ (Safety Health Environment Quality)
You will have genuine commitment to understanding, anticipating and respecting the needs of others, be able to build rapport leading to trust and strong relationships at all levels. Work towards joint goals without compromising individual targets and understand and adapts to a range of learning styles including coaching and mentoring in order to bring out the best in others.
