IT Support Team Lead Contract | €280-€320/day | Dublin | Hybrid A client in Dublin is seeking an IT Support Team Lead to oversee their support team and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of IT support engineers, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
Manage and prioritize support tickets, providing Level 2/3 support when required.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Monitor team performance and provide training to enhance technical skills.
Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Requirements: 5+ Years technical experience with 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
