As a key leader in this role, you will drive project management excellence across the organization utilising your knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities. The PMO Lead will be the primary site contact for all pipeline project management activities, collaborating with research and development teams to create and execute strategies for the commercial supply of new products. You will lead cross-functional teams-including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and procurement-to implement these strategies and represent the site on global project teams, brand teams, and review boards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and mentor a team of skilled project/program managers. Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
