We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project and Change Manager to join our customer's team. The successful candidate will oversee making SAP stable, assist with AP transition, spearhead various initiatives, and help manage changes. This role requires impressive project management skills, robust communication abilities, and an anticipatory approach to problem-solving.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring candidates to work from our client's Dublin office at least once per week.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
1. Performing Project Manager tasks for SAP stabilisation Initiatives:
o Daily maintenance of all logs (Overall project plan, interdependency tracker, risk log, resource tracker, etc.) for SAP stabilisations
o Weekly and ad-hoc reporting based on progress and plan
o Facilitation of meetings and documentation of notes/actions
o Support for Finance Directors & CFO pack updates
2. Supporting AP transition/throughput:
o Coordination of effort with daily maintenance of all logs, meeting setup, and coordination of stakeholders
3. Guiding initiatives as required:
o Projects related to the operating model, decision-making authority, and financial automation
4. Change Management Lead:
o Leading change management and communications related to SAP and other programs
o Identifying and supporting training requirements
o Support maintenance of SharePoint for Finance Transformation & Data and SAP SharePoint
Required skills & qualifications:
1. Proven experience in project management and change management
2. Solid knowledge of SAP systems and finance transformation is a plus
3. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
5. Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Curiosity and an initiative-taking attitude
7. Ability to navigate across a large range of stakeholders and requiring requirements
8. Able to prioritize tasks and work under strain
9. Agile and flexible with tasks.
