HR Generalist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Dublin. This part-time role involves working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance on personnel policy and procedures to employees and management.
2. Stay up-to-date with employment law and compliance requirements.
3. Coordinate open enrolments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
4. Respond to HR-related inquiries.
5. Assist with payroll processing.
6. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
7. Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
8. Develop and maintain talent management processes.
9. Monitor employee morale and company culture.
10. Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
11. Identify future staffing needs.
12. Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
13. Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.
14. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
About You:
* Understanding of employment regulations
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
