As a Graduate in Tricel, we will welcome you onboard in September 2025. At the end of your 2-year Graduate Programme, you will have gained: International work experience, a qualification relevant to your field, fully trained in-house auditor and 2-years work experience. The successful candidate must be available to relocate to a sister company for a period of 6 months should the opportunity present itself.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the HSE team to develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, analysing root causes and recommending preventive measures.
4. Support the implementation of training programs to enhance employee awareness of safety protocols and best practices.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE processes and systems.
7. Any other duties that may arise.
Candidate Profile:
1. Relevant Honours Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) which was completed within the last two years or is due to graduate by September 2025 (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline).
2. IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word.
3. Highly motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
5. Strong passion for safety, quality assurance, and environmental sustainability.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data effectively.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards will be an advantage.
9. Ability to prioritise workload.
10. Aptitude to learning and showing initiative.
11. Open to feedback and eager to develop.
