Job Description
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team at a leading global professional services company in Dublin, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known social media company and drive the rollout of their unique digital marketing advertising solution to the EU Market.
Responsibilities
1. Create New Relationships: Identify, research, and contact potential new partner businesses within the DACH region to deliver personalized product pitches.
2. Work with Existing Partners: Collaborate with businesses that have already started advertising on the platform to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create a customized marketing plan.
3. Gain Deep Understanding: Develop an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals in your niche market, offering educated insights to help them succeed.
4. Maintain Business Book: Build and maintain a book of business, developing and growing long-term relationships as the 'face' and first point of contact for clients.
5. Meet KPIs & Sales Target: Work towards set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quarterly sales targets.
6. Collaborative Teamwork: Share knowledge and gain valuable insights from the wider sales team.
Requirements
* Languages: Fluent German and English language skills are required.
* Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in creating relationships with businesses and helping them achieve their goals.
* Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understand digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
* Target-Driven: Prove your ability to work towards sales targets.
* Business Acumen: Have a genuine desire to make businesses more successful.
About the Role
* Salary: €33,000 per annum base salary + up to €15,000 commission structure.
* Contract: 1-year Fixed-term Contract (renewable and permanency possibilities).
