Job Description
This role is a 12-month specified purpose temporary contract in the Human Resource Department of Sligo/Leitrim Community Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the department, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
1. Provide HR support to the department, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
3. Conduct employee investigations and disciplinary hearings
4. Maintain accurate records of employee data
5. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
