Position Overview: Kelco Communications are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to excel in our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Vodafone telecom solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), utilising their sales expertise to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential SMB clients within the assigned territory, leveraging industry knowledge to understand client needs.
* Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services and solutions.
* Present and demonstrate Vodafone's telecom solutions, including mobile, fixed-line, broadband, and IoT products, highlighting key features and benefits.
* Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, continuously developing skills and knowledge to remain competitive.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in B2B sales is highly valued, demonstrating a track record of success in driving sales growth.
* Strong understanding of telecom products and services, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using these tools to drive sales success.
* A full, clean, Irish driving licence is essential for this role, enabling you to travel to client meetings and locations throughout the region.
