Job Description
In this role, you will be part of the Manufacturing Team, carrying out tasks according to the production schedule as directed by Team Leads and Supervisors.
Duties:
* Working with the Manufacturing team to complete tasks in line with the production schedule.
* Monitoring production processes.
* Participating in equipment start-up, commissioning, and validation activities.
* Assisting with troubleshooting in case of equipment failure.
* Performing manufacturing level maintenance on equipment.
* Maintaining safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards at all times.
* Cleaning, preparing, and executing equipment, as well as completing associated documentation.
* Conducting various tests and in-process sampling.
* Reviewing, editing, and revising completed batch records, logbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Maintaining housekeeping in designated areas and adhering to facility cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Enjoyment of problem-solving.
* A can-do attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to work effectively within a successful team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and adherence to process-driven schedules.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field is required. Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements.
