People Consulting partners with clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment. Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seeks to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.
Our work is varied and ambitious; from creating an organisation design that finds effective organisation solutions to embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation. We manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys, and offer an understanding of the HR structures, practices and policies required to support the organisation.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting Team. You will collaborate with clients to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client/organisational goals and best practices.
2. Experience in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation.
3. Provide support in all areas of organisational design; change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness and support for other strategic initiatives.
4. Design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops, and materials tailored to client needs.
5. Experience in the end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients.
6. Lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
7. Create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects.
8. Incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies and technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
9. Implement programme evaluation frameworks/mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.
10. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Play an active role in growing our business by identifying potential business opportunities.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
1. Degree qualified with relevant professional experience; preferably prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
2. Experience using relevant training/L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies.
3. Professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
4. Strong personal impact and resilience, able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
5. Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
6. Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
7. Focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.
8. Experience of the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
9. Proven experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
