Job Summary
We are seeking a Global Communications Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the Dentons brand through employee engagement and external storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Internal/External Communications: Research and draft various communications to engage employees and enhance the firm's brand.
* Meeting Agendas: Assist leadership in articulating key priorities and enhance Firmwide engagement by drafting meeting agendas.
* Video Campaigns: Contribute to the production of video campaigns for both internal and external engagement.
* Liaison with Teams: Represent the Global Communications mandate in relation to ID&E, ESG, growth (organic and inorganic), and talent projects, liaising with Clients & Markets, Marketing and Brand team counterparts.
* Digital Newsletter: Curate, edit, and review content for the weekly Firmwide digital newsletter.
* Communication Logistics: Compose and strategically manage logistics for internal and external communications.
* Editorial Oversight: Maintain editorial oversight of internal communications assets and guides.
* Press Releases: Create press releases and pursue media relations initiatives as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: Minimum requirement.
* Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail at pace, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders on international projects.
* Collaboration: Ability to multi-task and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and own multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Messaging Consistency: Experience with consistency in messaging to deliver impactful leadership campaigns.
* Holistic Thinking: Able to think holistically across communications campaigns, ensuring consistency, quality, delivery standards, operational logistics, and cross-team relationships.
* Flexibility: Willingness to assimilate to fast-moving developments quickly and remain flexible in a period of new Global leadership.
