Business Support Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our advisory firm, specializing in fire, security, and risk, for a skilled Business Support Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to all levels of the business to ensure consistency and quality throughout all projects.
* Carry out basic office duties, including meeting and greeting clients, maintaining office supplies, and directing enquiries to the correct personnel.
* Organize and finalize travel arrangements for staff, updating calendars as necessary.
* Prepare Fee Proposals and set up projects, monitoring fees and other relevant details.
* Format and proofread documents to meet high standards.
* Create draft invoices monthly, adhering to deadlines.
* Support Public Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), bid support, and other ad-hoc requests.
