We seek an ambitious and innovative Product Manager who will lead requirements for the Next-Generation Fraud, Risk and Compliance platform.
Position Overview: As Product Manager you will have responsibility for defining the features required to successfully compete in the Fraud Mitigation market by constructing product requirements from customer feedback and insights.
Youll drive the direction of engineering, with a focus on delivering capabilities iteratively ensuring that features which optimize functionality and client satisfaction are worked in the appropriate cadence.
What youll do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and contribute to the overall product strategy.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviors to drive product innovation.
What we need from you: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional qualifications or certifications in product management are a plus.
Proven experience in a product management role, demonstrating successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas and requirements effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Passion for technology and a keen understanding of user experience principles.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
Customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Experience with delivery of data-centric platforms will be advantageous.
Experience in the Fraud, Risk and Compliance domain will be advantageous.
