About the Role
Our client, a leading financial institution in Ireland, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their corporate finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large financial facility, overseeing various stakeholders, and leading a team of facilities technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the site, ensuring optimal working conditions
* Oversee stakeholder relationships and vendor contracts
* Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and subcontractor delivery
* Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact
* Develop creative solutions to improve site operations
Requirements:
* 8 years of experience in facilities management
* Background in corporate finance or related field
* Strong planning and spatial skills
* Creative mentality and positive attitude
* Excellent work ethic and people management skills
