Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Corporate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our law firm.
This role requires exceptional communication, multitasking skills, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
2. Manage high-volume calls and meeting room bookings.
3. Handle mail, couriers, and administrative tasks.
4. Issue swipe cards and book taxis.
5. Maintain confidentiality and office organisation.
6. Support firm events and vendor coordination.
