They are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and operations of a large, multi-site environment, ensuring systems are running smoothly and in compliance with industry standards.
About Your New Job
In your role as an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing electrical and control systems across multiple locations. Your tasks will include performing routine preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, handling emergency breakdowns, and ensuring the systems are fully operational. You’ll also monitor alarms, carry out electrical testing, and support various facility services to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out preventative maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns to meet service level agreements.
2. Ensure the effective operation of electrical and control systems across multiple sites.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address maintenance needs professionally.
4. Order and manage materials required for site maintenance.
5. Monitor and respond to alarms promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
6. Document work activities in line with industry standards and regulations.
7. Oversee smaller electrical and controls projects, from planning through to completion.
8. Comply with health, safety, and environmental protocols during all maintenance activities.
9. Perform general maintenance tasks across different trades when needed.
10. Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards and work quality.
What Skills You Need
1. Education & Qualifications:
2. Full clean driving license.
3. Solid experience working in a facilities management environment.
4. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
5. Experience in building services is a plus.
