We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the midlands of Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new from the ground up, as well as joining one of Ireland's largest and most successful recruitment agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Build personal book of business with all clients in the midlands of Ireland.
* Predominantly focusing on a commercial desk - Permanent & Temporary.
* Meet or exceed target fees & KPI's, through development of long-term client relationships.
* Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and employer branding.
* Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends and attending industry events.
* Take ownership for personal and professional development.
* Lead by example and ensure that best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a 360-recruitment agency role - Desired.
* Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
* A proactive person, who can spot an opportunity and action it without instruction.
* Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude.
* Customer centric.
* Proficient in working off own initiative.
* Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
