Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Disruption Comms Bridge Lead to join its team in Europe's largest airline group. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Ryanair's expansion, with the goal of operating 800 aircraft and serving 300 million guests within the next decade.
The role of a Disruption Comms Bridge Lead is based on the Newskies team, which assists Operations, ground operations, airports, call centers, and other teams to ensure smooth running of Ryanair's operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to and provide feedback to airports, ground operations, training, and other teams.
This is a permanent position based in Ryanair's head office in Swords, Co. Dublin. The team works on a shift pattern of 4 days on/4 days off, with shifts from 6am to 5pm and 1pm to Midnight.
The key duties of this role include:
* Providing telephone and email support to Ryanair's European airports and call centers through the Newskies Helpdesk.
* Sending notifications to customers traveling on the day via the Ryanair App.
* Updating web notices on Ryanair.com.
* Creating and updating customer communications.
* Creating and editing Customer Travel Advisory videos.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience leading or managing a team.
* Previous experience in the airline or airport industry would be advantageous.
* A flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic and tactful while working under pressure.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* A proactive approach to dealing with errors and complaints.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Personality traits including enthusiasm, flexibility, patience, and the ability to work independently.
