The STEM HR Partner is responsible for delivering a high-quality professional HR service to the Dean, Schools, Research Centres and Institutes, and Service Units within the Faculty.
The HR Partner role drives the HR activities of the Faculty and its Schools, acting as a strategic partner to the Dean, Heads of School and Support Units, School Managers and Directors of Faculty Research Institutes and Centres.
The post plays a key role in the enabling the success of the Faculty by supporting the Dean and College with a broad portfolio of HR processes and activities that seek to work within the legislative framework (i.e.
national and public sector directives) and to navigate a path that is both strategic and holistic from a Faculty perspective.
