As a Logistics Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, tagging, and dispatching of high-value stock across our three stores. Working within the Head Office buying team, this position requires exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and discretion. The role is a full time and permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and tag all new stock arrivals for allocation across the three stores.
2. Coordinate daily courier services, including FedEx and CITES documentation.
3. Coordinate the re-tagging of items as required.
4. Ensure accurate logging and handling of faulty stock, repairs, and returns.
5. Process and handle warranties and documentation in coordination with the stores and suppliers.
6. Manage weekly stock dispatches to Limerick, Cork, and Killarney, including packaging and courier coordination.
7. Prepare and print stock transfer reports and ensure all items are accounted for before shipment.
8. Liaise with store teams to fulfil urgent stock requests from Head Office.
9. Track incoming and outgoing parcels, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
10. Maintain up-to-date filing and records and support broader office functions as needed.
11. Maintain and organise the stock rooms.
