We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! As an entry-level position, it is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in gaining recruitment experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and assisting in the hiring process for automotive dealerships in one or multiple geographic markets. Typical roles include Valet, Lot Technician, Wash Technician, and Vehicle Delivery Ambassador.

* Reviews all online job ad postings on a routine basis and recommends the company’s use of those sites that are relevant and cost-effective
* Manages the company’s Applicant Tracking System by ensuring each applicant is accurately tracked throughout the recruitment workflow
* Conducts video interviews and hires candidates to fill open positions for your assigned market(s)
* As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist Team by scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, assisting with offers, and orientation scheduling
* Meets with field managers to maintain weekly changes to staffing needs
* Relays proper information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants
* Aids in conducting reference and background checks
* Researches, analyzes, prepares, and presents hiring statistics
* Maintains applicant tracking records and compiles reports from the database
* Assists with other HR administrative duties and projects as needed.
Expected Schedule:
* A 5-day workweek does include a shorter shift on Saturday!
o 11 - 7 PM Monday - Friday for 4 days during the week and 10- 4 PM Saturday (total around 38 working hours)
* Tuesday and Thursdays are required office days but the other 3 days including Saturday are remote
* You get to pick the weekday you’d like to have off each week (to equal the full 5 days), but keep in mind Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday will be required while in this position.
* There are elevated roles within the company and departments that are Monday - Friday positions that you could become eligible for in the future

* A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
* Attention to detail and the ability to make informed and objective hiring decisions
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Please note this position is entry-level, but some recruiting experience is plus!

Compensation: $40,000 base plus weekly bonus potential
