Business Support Officer
This role is for a highly organized and skilled individual who can provide administrative support to our team in Dublin, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the smooth running of the office and coordinate with the Business Support Team on shared responsibilities.
* Provide robust business support functions across the agency, working supportively and flexibly as needed.
* Assist with various administration projects throughout the year, maintaining good relationships and teamwork with colleagues and external agencies.
* Organize periodic conferences, seminars, and other events, providing administrative support to the Director as required.
* Maintain strict confidentiality in all work undertaken, ensuring compliance with National Standards and preparing for inspections.
Core Tasks:
* Log referrals on the company database system, regularly requesting and tracking care plans and care orders.
* Maintain an accurate carer vacancy list, ensuring regular distribution to teams nationally.
* Prepare accurate reports and documentation, performing other administrative tasks as required.
Additional Duties:
* Be flexible with working hours, which may include evenings or weekends, especially for posts directly working with carers and children or young people.
* Respond sensitively and professionally to children, young people, and families.
* Undertake necessary training and development for the role, ensuring Health and Safety is observed during employment.

Requirements:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
* Relevant business or related qualification (Degree or equivalent).
* 2 years of administrative experience.
