Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for the practical organization of the day-to-day cleaning operation.
2. In consultation with the Area Manager, identify the number of cleaning staff required to maintain a clean teaching environment within the set annual budget.
3. Maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule of all internal areas.
4. Check daily that all areas of the site are cleaned to a satisfactory standard and ensure daily cleaning logs are completed for each work section.
5. Maintain cleaning staff attendance logs and timesheets.
6. Responsible for the day-to-day personnel management of the cleaning staff.
7. Identify formal and informal training needs for all cleaning staff.
8. Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
About You:
1. Experienced cleaner with previous supervisory experience.
2. Basic computer skills preferred.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Proactivity in role is important.
5. Good timekeeping.
6. Able to work alone or as part of a team.
7. Basic Health and Safety understanding.
8. Flexible approach.
9. Driving License.
