Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Enablement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in equipping our sales and customer-facing teams with the technical expertise they need to excel. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs and resources that empower our teams and partners to confidently position and sell our solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to identify technical enablement needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
* Design and deliver engaging technical training content, including workshops, presentations, and online resources.
* Create and maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation, FAQs, and best practices in Aiven supported use cases.
* Develop and implement assessments and certifications to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest developments in our technology landscape.
* Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve enablement programs.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a technical enablement, sales engineering, or similar role.
* Strong understanding of cloud technologies, open source technologies, databases, and data-related solutions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for continuous learning and development.
