ABOUT THE JOB
1. Provide support to travel agents & direct/web customers, making & amending bookings, and answering general queries relating to our programme
2. Upselling ancillaries associated with the holiday and taking/chasing payments, where necessary
3. Ability to resolve customer queries/complaints quickly, professionally and confidently, at all times aiming for a one-call resolution
4. Confident in multi-tasking and fulfilling all functional aspects of the Sales & Distribution division
5. Work in conjunction with colleagues from relevant departments (in Ireland, the UK, resort and off-shore) to support other areas of the business

ABOUT YOU
7. Travel Agent or Call Centre experience will be highly regarded
8. Experience of working in a results-driven environment to achieve personal targets
9. Excellent customer service and communication skills
10. Sales skills desirable
11. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
12. Amadeus Experience desirable
13. PC Literate
14. Able to work flexible hours across the call centre opening hours 9-6pm including weekends and bank holidays on an annualised hour’s basis
15. Able to commute to the Dublin Contact Centre (D04 K7H2) for a blend of office and home-working
