Overview

Responsibilities
* Be the face of our space Use your charisma and charm when checking guests in and out.
* Resolving guests queries in a timely and helpful manner.
* Checking bookings and dealing with payments.
* Responding to guest requests in person, over the phone, over email or via our review sites in a professional and empathetic way.
* Setting up and clearing our spaces throughout the season.
* Day to day housekeeping as required (it can get super busy).
* Linen changes.
* Reporting any maintenance requests to our amazing maintenance team accurately and quickly.
* Managing room keys.
* Assisting with cleaning and turnover of rooms.
* Updating and checking daily cleaning lists.
* Handover lists.
* Stock rotation.
* Room checks.
Qualifications
* Great customer service skills - you'll be a true people person who loves interaction with people from all kinds of backgrounds.
* Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking to guests from all over the world and communicating with staff and management.
* Good time management - you will need to be prepared for busy turnaround days.
* The ability to work well in a busy environment.
* Experience in housekeeping/willing to learn how to make beds.
* Organisation skills - there will be a lot of reporting and administration, so attention to detail is key.
* Confidence with office computer systems (gold star if you've ever worked with a booking system).
* Flexibility - this role will cover working hours from 8am - 11pm Monday - Sunday.
