We’re on the hunt for a proactive individual with over three years of experience in hands on Tier 2 onsite IT support, robust skills in IT asset management and technology, a solid grasp of project management, and exceptional communicative abilities.
Elevate your career by joining our dynamic team in Galway, where you’ll play a pivotal role in our Onsite IT Support division. You will take charge of operational assistance, strategize infrastructure development, and spearhead cutting-edge improvements in business processes.
In this multifaceted position, you’ll handle AV and event support, oversee technology in meeting spaces, craft comprehensive IT guides, and work in tandem with advanced technical units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide AV & event support, including planning and implementation.
2. Maintain and manage meeting room technologies.
3. Produce and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
4. Collaborate with 3rd level technical teams for robust solutions.
5. Drive process improvements using new technologies and automation.
6. Manage local IT infrastructure, including telephony and disaster recovery planning.
What We’re Looking For:
7. 3+ years of experience in 2nd level IT support.
8. Strong IT asset management and technical skills (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, SharePoint, Office 365).
9. Excellent project management and agile methodology understanding.
10. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
11. Strong business communication and customer service skills.
12. Certification: Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
13. Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
