Policy Researcher (12m FTC) Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid or Remote) Position: Full-time Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Contract Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 Job Description Our client, a Regulatory Body, is seeking a motivated Researcher / Analyst to lead a comprehensive review of HR policies, ensuring they meet legal standards and organisational needs.
This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders, including board members.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Assess current HR policies, identify improvement areas, and establish a policy review plan to meet project deadlines.
Draft, revise, and structureclear, concise, and legally compliant policy documentsbased on best practices and legal standards, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Stay updated onemployment law changes and provide recommendations for ongoing policy updates.
Engage withunion staff panel, legal team and senior management to ensure policy updates reflect collective agreements and labour relations considerations Skills and Qualifications Required: Experience in policy analysis, compliance, governance, or employment law.
Knowledge of employment law and its application in HR policies.
Excellentresearch, analytical, and writing skills to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical policies.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, report writing, and project management.
Desirable: Public sector or semi-state experience.
Experience in HR administration or generalist roles, especially in dynamic environments would be highly advantageous.
