About the Role
As an Investment Administrator you'll be part of a team, aiding the client experience, with your roles including but not limited to:
* Assisting in general administration roles, including answering phones, preparing paperwork, preparing suitability letters, and maintenance of suitability affirmations.
* Facilitating the smooth opening of new accounts, arranging payments to clients and advisers, and assisting Investment Managers in preparation for client meetings.
* Attending client meetings with Investment Managers as you progress towards being a Trainee Investment Manager.
* Working closely with clients and their agents to provide the best service regarding their portfolio, necessitating close relationship building with stakeholders.
Core competencies: A good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary. Familiarity with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, and SUMIF is required, with a willingness to learn more. An understanding of Macros and Pivot tables would be beneficial.
About You

* Strong communication skills.
* Ideally QFA qualified or a desire to complete the QFA with relevant experience in financial services.
