Job Title: Reliability Engineer - Dundalk
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team in Dundalk. As a leading multinational in the pharmaceutical industry, we offer exciting opportunities for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead internal and external engineering, calibration, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
2. Respond promptly to equipment failures, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
3. Maintain the reliability and uptime of manufacturing equipment, with a focus on multiple filling lines.
4. Develop and conduct training sessions for maintenance staff on best practices in equipment handling, maintenance, and safety.
5. Create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for equipment uptime and maintenance efficiency.
6. Investigate equipment-related deviations, manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and oversee Change Controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on engineering and equipment reliability.
* Fluent English communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days on-site to oversee operations directly.
* Demonstrated expertise in reducing downtime, increasing throughput, and ensuring compliance through effective engineering and maintenance practices.
