Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Debt and Asset Recovery Team in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in law and excellent administrative skills.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years experience working in a law firm, preferably in mortgage litigation debt. They should possess a calm, professional and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-volume, fast-moving workload.
* Assist with instructing summons servers and tracing agents.
* Take instructions from clients.
* Prepare briefs.
* Digital dictation.
* Deal with incoming correspondence from agents, solicitors, and defendants.
* Prepare reports.
* Liaise with court services.
* Deal with incoming telephone calls from agents, solicitors, and defendants.
* Ensure safe and efficient handling of confidential data.
Key Qualities:
* Calm and professional demeanor.
* Excellent administration skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
This is a full-time position, requiring on-site presence 5 days a week at our Dublin office. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
