We are looking for a competent candidate to ensure the smooth and seamless running of our office and also assist in other areas of our business. A good knowledge of Sage, payroll, stock control, and general office tasks is essential. The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative.
Some tasks include:
1. Supplier set-up and customer set-up
2. Supplier invoices
3. Debtor invoices, input and manage debtors
4. Getting au fait with in-house systems
5. Liaising with personnel and handling queries
6. Preparing accounts for end of year for external accountants
7. Stock control – Accurate stock checks carried out and values updated accordingly
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar environment
2. Good knowledge of debits and credits, P&L, and balance sheet
3. Must possess very good Excel skills
4. Ability to work in a team environment and also on their own initiative
5. Fluent English is essential
