Job Title: Training & Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Business Development Manager to join our team at Chleo, a leading family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in providing results-driven skincare and makeup solutions.
This dual-role position involves delivering high-quality product and treatment education to skincare professionals while driving sales growth through supporting our customers for our brands.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have responsibility for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Training & Education: Develop and deliver engaging product and treatment training sessions (in-person and virtual) for skincare professionals. Stay updated on product formulations, treatment protocols, and industry trends. Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and manuals.
* Sales & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue lead generation. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Administrative & Reporting: Update our CRM to maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and sales performance. Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare training, sales, or a related role.
* Relevant qualifications in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy.
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
* Proven track record in sales with a results-driven mindset.
* Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
