We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for prospecting outbound leads and sourcing new customer opportunities. This role serves as one of the first touch points for our new customer prospects, providing them with valuable insights on how our software can enhance their business efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Role
* Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities within your market/territory through a mix of email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools.
* Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within Tines' key prospect accounts.
* Continuously build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge.
* Collaborate with mentors to set goals and gain consideration for promotion.
Your Profile/Skillset
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Strong communication skills, including phone and written communication, as well as active listening.
* Coachability and a team player mentality.
* An eye for detail, a curious nature, and strong planning skills.
* A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
