Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Conduct site visits and consultations to assess technical needs and costs.
5. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience managing construction projects.
2. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
3. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
