We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services Executive to manage and support our Client's existing business portfolio. This role involves handling portfolio valuations, fund switches, withdrawal requests, and addressing day-to-day client inquiries related to their existing policies. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of client service, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to meet clients' financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional client service and support to our wealth management clients.
* Assist in the preparation of financial plans, reports, and other documentation.
* Manage client queries and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Interact with product producers (generally major insurance companies) to ensure prompt processing of applications.
Key Requirements:
* QFA or APA qualification.
* 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker.
* High level of attention to detail with strong numerical skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and financial planning software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
