Job Title: Site Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage complex projects from start to finish
* Prepare and implement look-ahead programmes to ensure timely completion
* Chair site meetings and prepare progress reports
* Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
* Liaise with design teams on construction issues and raise RFIs as needed
* Maintain accurate records, including site diaries and daily logs
Requirements
* 7+ years' experience in site management, preferably in healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects
* Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites
* Fully qualified driver's license
