Opportunity for an experienced administrator to join Irelands leading export company - the ideal candidate will have ERP systems experience
Administration Lead - Freight Department
This role is not purely an administration role - it encompasses all areas of the commercial freight business.
Key areas of responsibility
1. Providing administrative support to the Management and Sales Team
2. Compiling reports using various IT systems - SAP, Power BI and bespoke company IT systems
3. Managing and updating customer database and files
4. Maintaining IT systems to ensure all records are up to date
5. Developing strong professional relationships with customers
6. Being part of a team who service and grow new business
7. Become a subject matter expert on the company's services, processes and operations to ensure best in class service is delivered on each and every customer interaction
8. Be part of all new initiatives and opportunities presented to grow and sustain the commercial division
9. Have strong knowledge of all departmental IT systems and solutions in order to ensure that a full back up to the various roles can be seamlessly undertaken
Requirements
10. Proven experience as an administrative assistant
11. Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
12. Good knowledge of SAP
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Strong time management and organisational skills
15. Solid Business / Diploma Degree - ideally having advanced MS Skills
