Operations AdministratorDublin 18 Full time permanent role Salary:€32-36k plus bonus and benefits Job Ref: S011549 Job Purpose Your role will be to be part of highly successful and busy Operations Team and to keep all vehicles mobile at all times.
This will include dealing with drivers, maintenance & hire car suppliers, working with internal teams & daily interaction with internal systems to ensure the status of vehicles is known at all times while in for repair.
The successful candidate must have enthusiasm with some basic knowledge about cars and a willingness and ability to listen and learn.
Tasks Work as part of a support team Task driven to get results Deal with suppliers & drivers via phone and email Manage vehicles on hire by keeping systems up to date Daily update of internal systems Ensure vehicle downtime is kept to an absolute minimum Accurately communicate and update drivers where required Knowledge, Skills & Experience Must have at least 2 yearsexperience in an administrative role Experience in the motor industry a distinct advantage Strong customer service skills, some of which should have been gained in providing telephone customer service in an office environment Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (i.e., Word, Excel) Be able to build relationships with suppliers and customers Pragmatic decision-maker High customer satisfaction drive Good telephone communicator with both suppliers and customers High achievement & drive with a proven ability to deliver results.
