Site Manager Residential Construction (200 Units)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to lead the construction of an exciting residential development comprising approximately 200 units in County Louth, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of all site operations to ensure timely completion within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
* Leadership and management of site teams, including subcontractors, trades, and direct labor.
* Coordination of daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
* Project progress monitoring and regular updates to senior management.
* Implementation and enforcement of health and safety protocols in compliance with Irish construction regulations.
* Resolution of technical or operational challenges during construction.
* Liaison with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
* Budgeting, material, and equipment management for cost efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in large-scale residential construction.
* Strong understanding of Irish construction standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous.
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certification.
