Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handle general customer inquiries through inbound and outbound telephone activity.
2. Provide information and knowledgeable assistance regarding mortgage loans by retrieving customer loan information quickly and efficiently.
3. Use problem-solving skills, paired with knowledge of company procedures, to identify and communicate appropriate, accurate solutions to customers.
Requirements:
1. Previous financial service and administration experience essential.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Extensive data entry skills.
5. Immediately available.
