Legal Executive/PA - Licensing Department: Litigation Location: Hybrid (2 days WFH), Dublin 2 office Salary: €45,000- €50,000 A Legal Executive/PA is required to support two Senior Associates within the Licensing team in the Litigation department.
This role is crucial in managing licensing and renewal processes for their high profile clients.
This is a busy and deadline-driven role, particularly from July September.
Key Responsibilities Managing the licensing renewal process annually, including handling documentation through the Court Services Online (CSOL) portal.
Preparing instructions and briefs for Counsel.
Liaising with clients, landlords, and service providers to resolve licensing queries.
Attending court hearings for license renewals and appeals when required.
Managing billing processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Providing PA support, including diary management and administrative tasks.
Assisting the wider PA team when necessary.
About You You have at least four years experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal.
Experience in Licensing is preferred but not essential if you have litigation experience and a good understanding of the process.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of work and re-prioritise as needed.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
