This position reports into the Commercial Activation Team and is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24.

What You Will Do
In marketing, you could find yourself launching a new product or creating a multimedia campaign for a world-famous brand. As a marketing placement student, you will enjoy a dynamic role in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Kenvue offers enthusiastic, results-oriented placement students the opportunity to gain excellent experience within the Commercial Activation team. The team is responsible for brand operations on a given portfolio, ensuring market-leading excellence in execution for the consumer, shopper, and customer.
As part of the Commercial Brand Activation team, you will have exposure to a wide variety of marketing activities, working closely with the brand teams on executing campaigns and launching new products into the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Budget Management: Provide advertising & promotion budgetary support to the brand team and keep track of the budget.
2. Support in the management of Below the Line agencies: Organise and coordinate all brand point of sale and detailing materials.
3. Market reporting: Support market analysis activities for the brand through the management of sales & market share update sheets.
4. Cross-Functional relationship management: Liaise with the Supply Chain and Regulatory teams for updates on New Product Development.
5. Communications: Prepare presentations and materials for the cycle meetings held with the field sales force.
6. Internal approval process management: Manage internal promotional activity signoffs in conjunction with the regulatory department.
7. Competitive intelligence: Track and monitor the New Product Development, promotions, and in-store activities of competitor brands.
8. Creativity & New Thinking: Seek out and bring forward new ideas to add to our competitive edge in the marketplace.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
* 2 years of degree level study completed.
* A minimum of 2:2 achieved in first year of study.
Desired Qualifications
* Business related degree types preferred.
