Store Assistant

Application Process
1. Online Application - Before you tell us more about your skills and attributes, you’ll need to take our situational judgement test. It’s a great way to see if you’re right for Aldi, and if we’re right for you. We’ll test key skills such as mental arithmetic, judgement or memory.
2. Screening - Next, our recruitment team will check your application. If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to an interview. Time for a quick celebration, before brushing up on everything Aldi.
3. Individual Interview - Then it’s time for your interview. This will be with an Area Manager in a store. Afterwards, you’ll take part in the ‘Aldi Experience’, where you’ll get the chance to observe the different tasks you would be expected to complete in the role.
