Job Title: Site Clerk
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Clerk in Navan.
About the Role:
* Provide reception office administration services, including saving relevant incoming project emails and scanning site diaries, allocation sheets, and labour reports.
* Type up design team, subcontractor, and internal minutes, compile progress reports, and assist with BCAR submissions.
* Maintain contact details of all organizations and contacts related to the project, manage drawings, and distribute them to contractors.
* Administer quality plans, check their maintenance by site staff, and sign off relevant check sheets on time.
* Manage material records and returns, order materials and plant/hire, upload delivery dockets onto spreadsheets, and send original dockets to accounts in head office.
* Retain contractual documents on our system, compile safety files/O&M manuals at the end of each project, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
About You:
* You have preferably 12 months+ construction administrative experience.
* You possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and are independent, self-motivated, and flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities.
